The staff here is very helpful, the room has separate bathrooms and a full kitchen, and it's located in a peaceful spot right off I-90 in a lovely area.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are well-appointed, with full kitchens and comfortable beds. The inclusion of a pullout full sofabed in the sitting area is a great bonus for families or larger groups. The location in the technology park is convenient, with easy access to shops and only 15 minutes from downtown Albany. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with attention to detail and a genuine care for the guests. The complimentary breakfast is above average, with a good variety of options including eggs and waffles.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in East Greenbush for a wedding. The staff exceeded my expectations, especially Kyle who made sure all my needs were met. The morning breakfast, served by Gloria, was amazing and she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The hotel was clean, had excellent amenities, and the staff were polite and accommodating. I will definitely return, especially if Kyle and Gloria are still there!
